Our Mission: Gratia For Cause is addressing the 22.5% employment rate for adults with disabilities by providing inclusive employment opportunities & community services to those with special needs.

We’re changing the status quo:

The statistics are clear: 22.5% of adults with disabilities are employed (2023 U.S. Labor Statistics) and 32.9% experience depression (2020 CDC)

This means adults with disabilities are three times more likely to be unemployed and four times more likely to be depressed than the adult population
